Meet Our Owner

I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend my days at our schools, connecting with our children and families. It all started back in 1997 when I opened my first childcare in the multipurpose building of an old church. Initially, I had my own two kids and eight others from my home daycare. Within months, our numbers grew from 10 kids to 45. In 1998, I leased my own building and crafted a wonderful child development space. The memories of those early days with the children and staff are cherished.

Fast forward to 2010, when I opened my second center. Today, we have over 150 kids attending each week, supported by a fantastic team of 20 staff members.

When I'm not at one of our preschools, you'll find me with my labradoodle Bentley or my grandkids Elizabelle & Hank. Being a grandmother has only deepened my passion for the development of young children.

Meet Miss Megan! 

Megan has been part of the Tiny Treasures Preschool family since 2012, when she first joined our team while attending high school. Over the years, Tiny Treasures has continued to be a meaningful part of her life, and today, Megan serves as the Site Supervisor for both Tiny Treasures locations. While much of her role focuses on the administrative side, you'll often find Megan around the centers dropping off her own children, checking in with staff and classrooms, or stepping in wherever she's needed. She loves being a familiar face for the kids and families and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported and cared for. Having grown alongside Tiny Treasures and now experiencing the school as both a parent and a leader, Megan feels incredibly lucky to be part of a community that has played such an important role in her life. She is excited to continue helping Tiny Treasures grow while preserving the warm, family-centered environment that makes it so special!

Meet Miss Stephanie! 

Stephanie has been part of the Tiny Treasures Preschool family since 2015. Both of her children are Tiny Treasures alumni, giving her the unique perspective of experiencing our school as both an educator and Director, as well as a parent who has personally trusted our team with the care of her own children.

Stephanie believes that caring for and educating a child is a team effort. Building strong relationships with families through open communication, trust, and partnership is an important part of her role and allows us to better understand and support each child as an individual.

She loves watching our littles learn, grow, make friends, and reach new milestones, and we're so lucky to have her as part of our leadership team.
