Meet the Owner
Beth Fiori
I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend my days at our schools, connecting with our children and families. It all started back in 1997 when I opened my first childcare in the multipurpose building of an old church. Initially, I had my own two kids and eight others from my home daycare. Within months, our numbers grew from 10 kids to 45. In 1998, I leased my own building and crafted a wonderful child development space. The memories of those early days with the children and staff are cherished.
Fast forward to 2010, when I opened my second center. Today, we have over 200 kids attending each week, supported by a fantastic team of 27 staff members.
When I'm not at one of our preschools, you'll find me with my labradoodle Bentley or my granddaughter Elizabelle. Being a grandmother has only deepened my passion for the development of young children.

Sara Donis- Montecito blvd. director
Meet Sara Donis! Sara has been a dedicated member of the Tiny Treasures Preschool family for over 15 years. With a passion for nurturing young children and building strong connections with families, she has been working in early childhood education since 2004. Both of her own children attended Tiny Treasures, making this school a true home for her and her family. Sara’s warmth, experience, and love for little learners' shine through in everything she does, and she is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment for every child in her care.
Iridian Sanchez-Martinez- Wikiup Drive Director
Iridian brings years of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to middle schoolers. She has a deep passion for guiding and nurturing young minds, and she loves watching children grow into their unique personalities.
One of her favorite activities is arts and crafts, as it gives her the chance to see each child's creativity shine. She is thrilled to be part of the Leadership Team at Tiny Treasures Preschool and looks forward to building meaningful connections with children and families to ensure everyone feels welcome and safe.
